If consultation or BioSet testing session is longer than half an hour, additional charge will be $40.00 per every 15 minutes.

Payments, in the form of Visa, MasterCard, check or cash, are expected at the time services are rendered.

Insurance

We do not bill any insurance companies directly. We do not claim responsibility of collection insurance claims or for negotiating a settlement of a disputed claim. However, for the patients whose insurance policy covers acupuncture service, we have insurance claim forms and we help our clients complete the form with proper codes and explanation, so that the clients can file with the insurance companies on their own.

Return Policy

Refunds or office credit will only be issued for unopened products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or office credit after 30 days.
